I am a seasoned litigator representing accounting and law firms in professional liability cases and businesses in complex commercial litigation. I have over 45 appellate decisions reported by Westlaw and 100 reported trial court. I bring extensive experience in audits, real estate, corporate governance, tax and trusts, and estates. My practice is built on strategic advocacy, practical solutions, and a commitment to protecting my clients’ interests. In complex litigation, I continue to associate former partners and/or associates. My recent years have focused on class and mass actions arising from investments in tax shelters.
I have represented auditors before federal agencies including the SEC, FDIC, and IRS, and am Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
